11  Senator Cowin moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 4, lines 19-21, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:

17         Section 3.  The circuit and county court judges filling

18  new offices created by this act shall be elected in 2002

19  according to the procedure prescribed in chapter 105, Florida

20  Statutes, and shall take office on January 7, 2003. This

21  section shall take effect upon this act becoming a law.

26         On page 1, lines 6 and 8, delete those lines

28  and insert:
