  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to dependent children;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to enact laws

  4         relating to the receipt of public benefits by

  5         dependent children; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact laws

11  relating to the receipt of public benefits by dependent

12  children.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
