  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the establishment of

  3         congressional districts; expressing the

  4         legislative intent to enact legislation

  5         establishing congressional districts; providing

  6         an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

11  legislation establishing congressional districts.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon the

13  expiration of the terms of the representatives to the United

14  States Congress serving on the date this act becomes a law.
