13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 39, between lines 15 and 16,

15

16  and insert:

17         Section 40.  Subparagraph (a) of paragraph (3) of s.

18  501.059, Florida Statutes, shall be amended to read:

19         (3)(a)  Any residential, mobile, or telephonic paging

20  device telephone subscriber desiring to be placed on a "no

21  sales solicitation calls" listing indicating that the

22  subscriber does not wish to receive unsolicited telephonic

23  sales calls may notify the department and be placed on that

24  listing.  The legislature shall, on annual basis, appropriate

25  such funds as necessary to administer this program. upon

26  receipt by the department of a $10 initial listing charge.

27  This listing shall be renewed by the department annually for

28  each consumer upon receipt of a renewal notice and a $5

29  assessment.
