11  The Committee on General Government Appropriations offered the

12  following:

15         On page 28, lines 8 through 18

16  remove:  all of said lines

18  and insert:  (9)  Reviewing community budget requests to

19  determine eligibility requirements in accordance with s.

20  216.052 and providing oversight of community budget

21  appropriations made to the department.  The division is

22  authorized to assess and collect an amount necessary to fund

23  the costs of these services from each appropriation not to

24  exceed 2 percent of each appropriation.  The total assessment

25  from all community budget appropriations administered by the

26  division shall be deposited in the General Inspection Trust

27  Fund at the beginning of each fiscal year.
