14         On page 37, lines 25-31,

15  remove:  all of said lines

17  and insert:  building located on a farm is exempt from the

18  Florida Building Code and any county or municipal building

19  code. For purposes of this section, the term "nonresidential

20  farm building" means any building or support structure that is

21  used for agricultural purposes, located on a farm that is not

22  used as a residential dwelling, and is located on land that is

23  an integral part of a farm operation or is classified as

24  agricultural land pursuant to s. 193.461. The term "farm" is

25  as defined in s. 823.14.
