  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to medical malpractice and

  3         wrongful death; declaring legislative intent to

  4         enact legislation relating to medical

  5         malpractice and wrongful death; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

11  enact legislation relating to medical malpractice and wrongful

12  death.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
