  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to Escambia County civil

  3         service; repealing chapter 83-405, Laws of

  4         Florida, as amended, eliminating the Civil

  5         Service Board in Escambia County; eliminating

  6         the civil service system in Escambia County;

  7         providing an effective date.

  8

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10

11         Section 1.  Chapter 83-405, Laws of Florida, as amended

12  by chapter 88-552, Laws of Florida, is hereby repealed.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
