  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to education; expressing the

  3         intent of the Legislature to revise statutes

  4         relating to best practices in education and

  5         education funding; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  revise sections of the Florida Statutes which provide for best

11  practices in education and education funding.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
