  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to windstorm insurance;

  3         expressing the Legislature's intent to enact

  4         legislation relating to windstorm insurance;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

10  legislation relating to windstorm insurance.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
