  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to designation of a wildlife

  3         sanctuary; expressing the legislative intent to

  4         enact a law designating The John M. McKay

  5         Wildlife Sanctuary; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact a law

11  designating The John M. McKay Wildlife Sanctuary.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
