  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Florida Public Service

  3         Commission; expressing the legislative intent

  4         to clarify the jurisdiction of the Florida

  5         Public Service Commission as it relates to the

  6         provision and development of digital subscriber

  7         line service; providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to clarify the

12  jurisdiction of the Florida Public Service Commission as it

13  relates to the provision and development of digital subscriber

14  line service.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.
