11  Senator Carlton moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 1, lines 27-31, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:

17         (1)  The board shall require, by rule, each licensee

18  performing audit services to undergo a peer review at least

19  once every 3 years as a condition of license renewal. The peer

20  review must be conducted in a manner prescribed by the board.

21  A satisfactory result for a peer review means that the firm

22  performing audit services has undergone the
