  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to standards of conduct for

  3         public officers and employees; expressing the

  4         legislative intent to revise laws relating to

  5         the standards of conduct for public officers

  6         and employees; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to the standards of conduct for public officers and

12  employees.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
