11  The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Productivity
12  recommended the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 7, lines 4-18, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  equal the cost of matriculation and other
18  statutorily authorized fees incurred while the child continues
19  to fulfill the professional requirements associated with the
20  graduate or postbaccalaureate professional degree program, and
21  eligibility continues until the child's 29th birthday. The
22  child may attend a state vocational-technical school, a state
23  community college, or a state university. The child may attend
24  any or all of the institutions specified in this subsection,
25  on either a full-time or part-time basis. For a child pursuing
26  a vocational-technical certificate or an undergraduate
27  education, the benefits provided under this subsection shall
28  continue to the child until the child's 25th birthday. To be
29  eligible for the benefits provided under this subsection for
30  enrollment in a graduate or postbaccalaureate professional
31  degree program, the child must be a state
