  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to assisted living facilities;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to revise

  4         laws relating to assisted living facilities

  5         holding a limited mental health license;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to assisted living facilities holding a limited

12  mental health license.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
