20 Section 45. This act shall take effect July 1, 2002,
21 except that sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13,
22 15, 17, 25, 27, 29, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 42, and 44
23 of the act shall take effect upon becoming law, and sections
24 14, 16, 18, 20, 21, 22, 23, 30, 40 and 41 shall take effect
25 July 1, 2003.
