19         An act relating to Indian reservations;

20         amending s. 285.16, F.S.; providing that the

21         state shall not have jurisdiction over crimes

22         by one Miccosukee committed against the person

23         or property of another Miccosukee within the

24         reservations of the Miccosukee Tribe of Indians

25         of Florida; providing an effective date.
