11  The Committee on Agriculture & Consumer Affairs offered the

12  following:

14         Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 26, lines 22-29,

16  remove:  all of said lines

17

18  and insert:

19         Section 21.  Section 375.313, Florida Statutes, is

20  amended to read:

21         375.313  Commission powers and duties.--The commission

22  shall:

23         (1)  Regulate or prohibit, when necessary, the use of

24  motor vehicles on the public lands of the state in order to

25  prevent damage or destruction to said lands.

26         (2)  Collect any registration fees imposed by s.

27  375.315 and deposit said fees in the State Game Trust Fund.

28  The revenue resulting from said registration shall be expended

29  for the funding and administration of ss. 375.311-375.315.

30         (2)(3)  Adopt and promulgate such reasonable rules as

31  deemed necessary to administer the provisions of ss.

  1  375.311-375.315, except that, before any such rules are

  2  adopted, the commission shall obtain the consent and

  3  agreement, in writing, of the owner, in the case of privately

  4  owned lands, or the owner or primary custodian, in the case of

  5  publicly owned lands.

  6         Section 22.  Section 375.315, Florida Statutes, is

  7  repealed.
