  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the jurisdiction of state

  3         attorneys and the statewide prosecutor;

  4         expressing the legislative intent to revise the

  5         jurisdiction of state attorneys and the

  6         statewide prosecutor; providing an effective

  7         date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise the

12  jurisdiction of state attorneys and the statewide prosecutor.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
