  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to corporate income tax credit;

  3         expressing legislative intent to enact

  4         legislation to address the corporate income tax

  5         credit in s. 220.187, F.S., for contributions

  6         to nonprofit scholarship-funding organizations;

  7         providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

12  enact legislation to address the corporate income tax credit

13  in section 220.187, Florida Statutes, for contributions to

14  nonprofit scholarship-funding organizations.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.
