  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to nursing homes and assisted

  3         living facilities; expressing the legislative

  4         intent to enact laws providing for appropriate

  5         insurance levels for nursing homes and assisted

  6         living facilities; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact laws

11  providing for appropriate insurance levels for nursing homes

12  and assisted living facilities.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
