  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to congressional redistricting;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to redistrict

  4         the state's congressional districts; providing

  5         an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to redistrict the

10  state's congressional districts.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon the

12  expiration of the terms of the members of the United States

13  House of Representatives elected from this state who are

14  serving on the date this act becomes a law.
