  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to aquifer storage and

  3         recovery; expressing the legislative intent to

  4         revise the laws relating to aquifer storage and

  5         recovery facilities; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intend to revise the laws

11  relating to aquifer storage and recovery facilities.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
