  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to economic development;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to revise

  4         laws to encourage development of the

  5         biotechnology and nanoscience industries in

  6         this state; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws to

11  encourage development of the biotechnology and nanoscience

12  industries in this state.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
