14         On page 2, lines 26-30, delete those lines

16  and insert:

17         (c)  For the employees of an employer receiving a

18  direct tax abatement or subsidy from the political

19  subdivision, as a condition of the direct tax abatement or

20  subsidy; or

21         (d)  For the employees of an employer subject to the

22  provisions of a minimum wage ordinance adopted by referendum.
