14         On page 2, line 31,

16  insert:

17         Section 2.  This act does not prohibit a corporation

18  doing business in Florida which is registered in or under the

19  jurisdiction of another state or foreign jurisdiction where a

20  minimum wage is required from following the laws of that other

21  state of foreign jurisdiction with respect to a minimum wage.
