  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to Escambia County; repealing

  3         chapter 24500, Laws of Florida, 1947, as

  4         amended; abolishing the Santa Rosa Island

  5         Authority; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  Chapter 24500, Laws of Florida, 1947, as

10  amended, is repealed.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect October 1, 2002.
