14         On page 8, lines 22 through 26,

15  remove:  all of said lines

17  and insert:  expenses for Commission members.  The sum of $50

18  million in non-recurring General Revenue funds is appropriated

19  to the Executive Office of the Governor for the 2002-2003

20  fiscal year for the other purposes of this act.
