Transfers $300 million from the Budget Stabilization Fund to the Florida
Education Finance Program.

        In Section 26  On Page 363

On Page 363, INSERT a new section 26 and renumber subsequent sections of 
the bill:

SECTION 26. $300,000,000 is hereby transferred from the Budget
Stabilization Fund to the General Revenue Fund.
