Explanation:
Provides $12,050,624 for Voting Systems Assistance by reducing General
Revenue appropriations to the Economic Development Transportation program in
the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development.  Replaces this
Economic Development Transportation funding with funds from the State
Transportation Trust Fund by reducing State Transportation Trust Fund
appropriations in the Department of Transportation.
