16         Amendment (with title amendment) 

17         On page 25, line 25 of the bill

19  insert:

20         Section 30.  In order to implement Specific

21  Appropriation 107 of the 2002-2003 General Appropriations Act,

22  subsection (6) is added to section 206.46, Florida Statutes,

23  to read:

24         206.46  State Transportation Trust Fund.--

25         (6)  For the 2002-2003 fiscal year only and

26  notwithstanding any other provision of law, moneys in the

27  State Transportation Trust Fund may be appropriated for

28  student transportation.  This subsection expires July 1, 2003.
