15 On page 1, line 30 through page 2, line 4 delete those
16 lines

18 and insert: costs. Any replacement lease negotiated pursuant
19 to this paragraph, which is for a term exceeding 1 year, must
20 permit the agency to terminate the lease without penalty if a
21 state-owned building becomes available by providing 6 months
22 advance written notice to the lessor, unless the Department of
23 Management Services approves a request from the agency to be
24 exempted from this requirement and the agency demonstrates in
25 writing that the cost of the replacement lease is at least 10
26 percent less than a comparable lease plus documented moving
