21  certified forward fixed capital outlay, certified forward

22  operations, fixed capital outlay, operating expenditures, and

23  general revenue.

24         2.  A narrative describing all revenues flowing into

25  each trust fund by general funding sources, specific taxes and

26  fees, and funding sources other than state appropriations.

27         3.  Summary information on expenditures made from each

28  trust fund regardless of the statutory authority.
