13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 20, line 23 through page 21, line 2 and page

15  21, lines 19 through 28,

16  remove:  all of said lines

18  and insert:

20  Any annual increase in distributions in this subsection

21  retained by Florida Housing Finance Corporation shall be

22  limited to the Consumer Price Index for the previous calendar

23  year for All Urban Consumers, U.S. City Average, All Items, or

24  successor reports as reported by the United States Department

25  of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics.  Any amount above such

26  limitation shall be transferred by the Florida Housing Finance

27  Corporation to the General Revenue Fund, provided, however,

28  that the transfer shall not be made in any year in which the

29  annual distribution retained by the Florida Housing Finance

30  Corporation does not exceed the annual distribution for each

31  of the two prior years.  Further, the distribution of funds to
