18         from this chapter pursuant to s. 287.095 or s. 946.515,

19  shall be produced in majority part by inmate labor pursuant to

20  chapter 946. All products offered for purchase to a state

21  agency by an entity exempt from this chapter pursuant to s.

22  413.036 shall have significant value added by blind or

23  severely handicapped persons pursuant to ss. 413.032-413.037,

24  as determined by the Commission for Purchase from the Blind or

25  Other Severely Handicapped.
