  2         An act relating to the Florida High-Speed-Rail

  3         Project; expressing the legislative intent to

  4         enact legislation relating to the Florida

  5         High-Speed-Rail Project; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

11  enact legislation relating to the Florida High-Speed-Rail

12  Project.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
