17  and insert:  act.  Community development districts are hereby

18  granted the authority to determine, order, levy, impose,

19  collect, and enforce non-ad valorem assessments for such

20  purposes pursuant to this act and chapters 170, 190, and 197.

21  This authority is in addition to any authority granted

22  community development districts under chapter 190.  Community

23  development districts are eligible for the financial

24  enhancements available to educational facilities benefit

25  districts for financing the construction and maintenance of

26  educational facilities pursuant to s. 235.1852.  In order to

27  receive such financial enhancements, a community development

28  district must enter into an interlocal agreement with the

29  district school board and affected local general purpose

30  governments that specifies the obligations of all parties to

31  the agreement.  Nothing in this act or in any interlocal

  1  agreement entered into pursuant to this act shall require any
