14         On page 11, line 28, through page 12, line 6,

15  remove:  all of said lines

17  and insert:

18         (g)1.  If on an ongoing basis during the preceding 12

19  months, the agency has reason to believe that a pattern exists

20  on the part of a particular health plan or provider, the

21  agency shall evaluate the information contained in these cases

22  to determine whether the information evidences a pattern and

23  report its findings, together with substantiating evidence, to

24  the appropriate licensure or certification entity for the

25  health plan or provider.

26         2.  In addition, the agency shall prepare an annual

27  report to the Governor and the Legislature by February 1 of

28  each year, identifying each health plan or provider which had

29  any of the following:  a claim dismissed; a default issued

30  against it; or failed to comply with a final order issued by

31  the agency under this section.
