19  existence as defined in s. 106.011. Any gift by a

20  direct-support organization, either direct or indirect, with a

21  value in excess of $500 must be immediately reported to the

22  community college board of trustees.  The report must include

23  the following information:  the amount of the gift or nature

24  of the gift; the recipient of the gift; the direct

25  relationship of the gift to the educational mission of the

26  community college; and the direct benefit of the gift to the

27  community college. The community college board of trustees

28  shall forward such information to the State Board of

29  Education, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the

30  House of Representatives by December 31 of each year.
