14         Amendment 

15         On page 213, lines 17-19,

16  remove:  all of said lines

17

18  and insert:  implement the decision of the State Board of

19  Education, unless the school board, at a special meeting

20  called solely for the purpose of considering the decision of

21  the State Board of Education, votes by a majority greater than

22  two-thirds to reject the decision of the State Board of

23  Education regarding said charter school application.  The

24  school board shall adopt specific written findings in support

25  of its rejection of the State Board of Education's decision.

26  Neither the decision of the State Board of Education nor the

27  school board is subject to the provisions of the

28  Administrative Procedures Act, chapter 120.
