14         On page 40, line 17, of the bill

16  after the period, insert:  The technical advisory group must

17  include at least one actuary employed by an insurer that

18  writes residential property insurance in this state, at least

19  one building engineer with expertise in wind loss prevention,

20  and the chief operating officer of the Florida Hurricane

21  Catastrophe Fund.
