14         On page 73, between lines 5 and 6, of the bill

17         Section 5.  The amendment to s. 440.51(5), Florida

18  Statutes, as set forth in Chapter 2000-150, Laws of Florida,

19  is remedial in nature and is intended to clarify the law as it

20  has existed from the enactment of Chapters 94-314 and 94-353,

21  Laws of Florida, forward.
