14 On page 28, lines 20-28,
15 remove: all of said lines,

17 and insert:
18 c. Creditors of the joint underwriting association
19 shall have a claim against, and recourse to, the accounts
20 referred to in sub-sub-subparagraphs a.(I) and (II) and shall
21 have no claim against, or recourse to, the account referred to
22 in sub-sub-subparagraph a.(III). Creditors of the Florida
23 Windstorm Underwriting Association shall have a claim against,
24 and recourse to, the account referred to in
25 sub-sub-subparagraph a.(III) and shall have no claim against,
26 or recourse to, the accounts referred to in
27 sub-sub-subparagraphs a.(I) and (II).
28 d. Revenues, assets, liabilities, losses, and expenses
29 not attributable to particular accounts coverages shall be
30 prorated among between the accounts.
31 e. The Legislature finds that the revenues of the

1 corporation are revenues that are necessary to meet the
2 requirements set forth in documents authorizing the issuance
3 of bonds under this subsection.
