14         On page 4, lines 3-12,

15  remove:  all of said lines,

17  and insert:

18         (d)  "Losses" means direct incurred losses under

19  covered policies, which shall include losses for additional

20  living expenses not to exceed 20 percent of the insured value

21  of mobile homes or personal residential structures and 40

22  percent of the insured value of contents covered under a

23  tenant's policy or a condominium unit owners policy and shall

24  exclude excluding losses attributable to additional living

25  expense coverages and excluding loss adjustment expenses.

26  "Losses" does not include losses for fair rental value

27  associated with personal and commercial residential exposures

28  or business interruption losses associated with commercial

29  residential exposures.
