13         Amendment 

14         On page 28, between lines 7 and 8, of the bill

15

16  insert:  (IV)  The department shall, not later than March 1 of

17  each year, review the justification for continued inclusion of

18  specific territories in the areas eligible for wind-only

19  coverage as provided under sub-sub-subparagraph (III), and

20  shall report the results of such review to the President of

21  the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

22  In addition, the department shall initiate proceedings to

23  remove specific territories from such area if it finds that

24  there is no justification for continued inclusion in the

25  eligible area.
