14 On page 27, lines 11-25, delete those lines

16 and insert:
17 Section 22. Subsection (5) of section 585.002, Florida
18 Statutes, is amended to read:
19 585.002 Department control; continuance of powers,
20 duties, rules, orders, etc.--
21 (5) The department shall, by rule, establish a fee
22 schedule to cover the approximate costs associated with
23 carrying out the provisions of this chapter. This shall
24 include establishment of fees for provision of health forms,
25 required certificates, certifications, permits, quality
26 assurance programs, and services. No individual fee shall
27 exceed $200, except that the fee for carrying out the
28 quarantine requirements relating to horses imported from
29 countries where contagious equine metritis exists shall not
30 exceed $1,500. These fees shall be deposited in the
31 department's General Inspection Trust Fund.
