14 On page 45, between lines 11 and 12,

16 insert:
17 Section 44. Section 606.07, Florida Statutes, is
18 created to read:
19 606.07 Notwithstanding the provisions of any other
20 law, the Department of State may waive the requirement that a
21 person advertise the intention to file, register or renew any
22 document that it maintains as stated in section 606.06, if the
23 department indexes said registration or filling in a central
24 database available to the public for inspection or inquiry at
25 no charge.
