11  The Committee on Health, Aging and Long-Term Care recommended

12  the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 30, between lines 23 and 24,

16

17  insert:

18         Section 32.  Section 604.50, Florida Statutes, is

19  amended to read:

20         604.50  Nonresidential farm buildings.--Notwithstanding

21  any other law to the contrary, any nonresidential farm

22  building located on a farm is exempt from the Florida Building

23  Code and any county or municipal building code. For purposes

24  of this section "nonresidential farm building" means any

25  building or support structure used by a farm operation that is

26  not used as a residential dwelling and is located on land

27  classified as agricultural land pursuant to s. 193.461

28  structure located on a farm that is not used as a residential

29  dwelling. Farm is as defined in s. 823.14.
