11  Senator Geller moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 44, lines 21 through 24, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:  ordinance, rule or policy to the contrary, all

17  power-drawn, power-driven or self-propelled equipment used on

18  a farm may be stored, maintained, or repaired by the owner

19  within the boundaries of the owner's farm and at least 50 feet

20  away from any public road without limitation.
